0:10.8	And the reason I love the Bible is because it is the Word of God that leads us to the Lord himself.

0:28.0	current questions and Bible answers. From Psalm 12, a Psalm of David, he writes in verse six and seven,
0:34.7	the words of the Lord are pure words as silver tried in a furnace of earth
0:42.3	purified seven times thou shalt keep them o lord thou shalt preserve them from this generation
0:50.3	forever what words did you hear the plural the words of the Lord are pure words, not just
0:58.5	collectively, individually. We believe the very words are given by inspiration of God. The very
1:06.1	words are inspired. And this is important. They're not only inspired, they're preserved. Did you know
1:14.1	preservation of scripture is actually mentioned more in the Word of God than inspiration is? So it's not a
1:21.3	lesser doctrine. In fact, God talks about it more because I think he knew there would be always dispute and debate
1:28.3	over the preservation of Scripture. But don't you know that a God powerful enough to give
1:33.9	his word perfectly to start with is powerful enough to preserve his word to every generation?
1:39.4	This is my deep conviction that our pure God gave us his pure word and that God makes sure that that pure
1:48.2	word is preserved. This is the teaching of Psalm 12, 6, and 7 and of many other portions of
1:55.0	scripture. And I think this phrase is important from this generation forever. It's my conviction that God has promised to preserve his
2:03.3	word to every generation, which means that the Lord wanted to be known. And how is he known? He
2:10.0	reveals himself through Holy Scripture. We're coming today to several questions related to the
