Habits are powerful things, and they're either enslaving or they're liberating.

you have to build routines, sometimes you have to break them. Sometimes you've got to switch it up just a bit and have

some variety just to keep yourself fresh. God never gets stale, but we certainly do. Today, on

enjoying the journey, we're talking about keeping prayer fresh. This is, again, a continuation of our current questions and Bible answers.

And we've received some questions about how to pray and not just go through the motions and

mechanics of it. I think all of us struggle with this at times. How do you keep your prayer life

fresh? Let's begin with a verse from Colossians chapter 4 and verse number 2.
