danger, but as the shadows stretched across the pavement, a quiet shift had already begun,

This is the story of Savannah Gold.

On August 2, 2017, Savannah Gold left her Jacksonville home and headed toward the restaurant

where she worked.

That evening, she arrived at the bonefish grill in the Mandarin area, parked her car the way she had countless times before.

Nearby, another vehicle sat idling.
