0:19.7

of goal achievement.

0:21.8

And it is something that I'm incredibly passionate about and I'm going to go

0:24.8

as far to say as I am the world's leading expert on goal achievement according to

0:29.9

myself. I think that that's how it works. Anytime you hear that there's like the world's leading expert on X, Y, Z, according to who, I feel like most of the time it's just somebody decided that they wanted to be titled that person like I want to be the world's leading expert on sleep or on

1:46.4

experience it's like oh yeah of course like you stop kicking yourself

1:53.0

for self-sabotage and beating yourself up when you make poor decisions

1:55.0

you're like, oh actually that makes perfect sense as to why I made that decision

1:59.0

even though it moved me further away from my goal,

2:01.0

I understand it. I understand why I did it and I can forgive myself and I can get curious about how to not make that same mistake in the future.
