We turn to fossil fuels which are villainized by many, but especially coal,

coal-fired electric-gener generating plants that are prominent in a major

cultures such as China and India.

Richard, I turn to our example here because we're not talking about banning coal

we're talking about banning fossil fuels such as natural gas from new homes in

California at such-and-such a date or betting gasoline engines on the highways of California at such and

such a date.

Does that contribute to the story, to ban things, to make it impossible because that is the dominant form of how to manage
