This is part of the issue with having young kids running around the

house as they like to bring lots of germs in. I thought I avoided it. It was I think I think Mel's youngest. She has three. I think it was her youngest who started or maybe her middle child. I don't know. Anyway, Mel got sick. Two of our kids got sick, and I was like, okay, well, I'm definitely going to get it.

And then I didn't, in like days went by where everybody got better, I was like, oh, wow, that's amazing. I for sure thought because I'm also in the middle of dieting and I'm finishing up my cut in a few days.

But when you're eating less calories, naturally your immune system is not going to be as effective,

because when you're in a calorie deficit, when you're dieting, that's another stress on the body.

So you are taking resources away from things like your immune system.

So I'm like, okay, for sure, I'm gonna get sick.

And then a few days went by, everybody was better.

lingering effect that's where I'm at right now but we're not going to delay anymore. I wanted to do this
