So without further ado, it is time to unveil the top

trail runs of Britain. Now, this was tricky, by the way, partly because there are so many

incredible trails and also partly because I have not run them all. So I am basing the judging

on this after word of mouth, research, your opinions and the ones that I have

run. So, first up, in at number 10, we're going for Loch Lomond. Now, hailing from Glasgow, this is just

up the road from where I'm from. In fact, my parents live a stone's throw away from Lachlomen now,

so whenever I go home, I try and make sure I get out there for a run. You might have heard of the West Highland Way. Well, it starts a few miles

south in Mogai, which is where I am from. And it goes for almost 100 miles to Fort William

in the Highlands. Now, for runners, the whole route is a pretty epic adventure and difficult.

And you've got stuff to carry and accommodation to sort

but you could easily just do a days run taking in this Loch Lomond area so if you set up from
