Now, I live in London, so the thought of running along a promenade or a coastal path is just like a dream scenario for me.

It's also why every time I head to the coast for a little mini break, my trainers are the first thing in the bag.

So come on, it's time to ditch the treadmill and head for a run for fitness, for

a challenge, to explore, to clear your head, or just to get a brilliant photo from a stunning

part of the country. Yep, it's time to run by the sea. There will be an episode coming out

lighthouse, which was built in 1749, and is the second oldest lighthouse in Scotland. You see,

a bit of history at the same time. Next up, number nine, Bournemouth. Now,

running around Bournemouth is one of the best ways to explore the region. Over half the county of Dorset

is designated as an area of outstanding natural booty and three quarters of its coastline

is part of the Jurassic Coast Natural World Heritage Site.
