Well, in this episode, we're hearing your favourite places to run by the coast.

So, where in Britain do you like running? Yvonne says, Tarka Trail, without a doubt, feels endless and changes round every corner.

Now, that is inspired by Tarka the Otter, the Tarka Trail.

It's 180 mile figure 8-8 loop exploring North Devon. Wow. I need to try that footpaths,

bridalways. It's meant to be absolutely gorgeous. So there we go. Thank you very much for sharing

that one. Gary says, I live on the River X in East Devon. It's got a brilliant path, which goes from Xmouth to Dolly Shwarrant, lovely views on each side. We've also got one, Westward Ho, just divine, the views, the peace, and of course the exclamation mark. You know, Westward Ho is known for its surfing, seas and the long expanse of clean sand.

And they go for about three miles long.

And in case you wonder about Westward Ho, exclamation mark, it was named after Charles

Kingley's book of the same name and the exclamation mark.
