So where do you like going?

Whether you're away for work or on holiday, nothing beats running overseas to explore,

to set yourself up for the day and let's be honest, holiday running is the best. No time restraints,

no goals. You just run for fun and often in the sun. So, where do you like going? Andy says

running in Berlin and Munich before meetings.

It's just brilliant. I always run abroad with work. My favourite was Portugal, staying at a hotel on the

seafront, couple of morning runs along the paths by the sea. Just amazing. Melanie loves L.A.

She says the trail behind the Griffith Observatory to the Hollywood sign is just a

great route. Just take plenty of water. Yvonne has gone from Mallorca, Puerto Palenza, a few miles to

Alcudia and back, especially at sunrise. Sticking with Spain, Amanda Louise has gone for Calahonda

to Caledamihas on the Costa del Sol. Beautiful scenery right along the coastal path,

slight breeze off the sea, no hills, perfect. Joanne loves running around Disney. To run in the

parks, you need to be part of a race, but you can run outside them. And she says she's going in January

to do it all again.
