One thing I've learned on this program from all you is some of you are very anxious people i can be anxious people

i'm anxious right now just wondering what you're going to bring up yeah not me i'm as cool as a

cucumber that's um yep that's how we we know you. Anxiety is a real thing with one or two or all he is.

Okay.

Here are things that feel embarrassing that shouldn't be embarrassing.

So tell me if you'd have trouble with any of these things.

Anxious, my anxious co-workers. i don't i don't really understand why this would be

um on your list of choices uh because anybody would have a little bit of anxiety on your first

day at a new job oh yeah it'd be I'd be terrified. But that being embarrassing?
