So let's talk Black Friday promotions, quote unquote, black Friday promotions.

And what I want to do in this episode here, because we're at this time of year, this is

the middle of November when this episode is coming out, most people are with, you know,

us CEOs, many of us are thinking about and talking about what kind of, quote, Black Friday promotions

we should be doing. I know just recently in the past week or so when I'm recording this,

this has been a major discussion in our accelerator coaching program, both in our community

and on calls that we've had. And, you know, just kind of brainstorming promotions and so forth.

Well, I have some pretty strong feelings around promotions for Black Friday.

And like I said, so pros and cons.
