He is a speaker, a blogger, the director of married people, which is the marriage division of the briefing group, also known as Orange.

Before working at Orange, Ted worked as director of married life at North Point Community Church.

And then before that, at Saddleback Community Church as a youth pastor, as well as on the drama team.

And he graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary.
