This month, The Awesome Marriage, we're talking about decision-making and marriage. Each week on the

podcast, we'll be talking about a different topic related to decision-making. Learning to handle

decisions together as a team is a critical

part of having an awesome, healthy marriage. So today we're going to focus on talking about

how to share responsibility when it comes to decision making. So to kick things off, Dr. Kim,

why are we even talking about decision making in marriage this month? Why is this such a critical

topic for so many couples? You know, I was thinking about

this. I think when Nancy and I, before we got married, I don't think we ever talked about decision

making. It was always got like the decisions were like, do you want to go here or here to eat or something

like that. And then you get married and you realize there's some things you got to talk about. And

there's some things you've got decisions you've got to make. And some of them are minor. You know, like, yes, first, before to go dinner and things like that. Some are more

more significant that. And then all of a sudden you have kids in the play. You have to learn how to

make decisions. And I've seen couples that never really get that early in marriage. And then they
