question, what should we do to prepare for marriage? You know, I'm getting married in six months

and we want to prepare. So I love this. I love that this person wants to prepare for marriage because it is something

that you should do. You shouldn't just jump into it. So Dr. Kim, what can they do? You know,

they're six months out of marriage. They're engaged. What should they be doing now?

That's a great question. Because I think one of the problems that we see is we don't prepare for marriage very well.

You know, a lot of times, you know, I've heard the analogy so many times if you're going to have a career, you go to school for all these years.

And sometimes after you get through, you don't even saying that career very long.

You do other things.

You wouldn't do things without preparing, you know, and you wouldn't go to a doctor that hadn't been to med school,

you know, let them start cutting on you or something. And so with marriage, it's like,

oh, we're sweet and everything about it and we're so in love and we just get married and it's

going to be wonderful. And then we've got a 50% divorce rate. So we know, you know,
