I remember once being so flipping broke. This is back when my brother and I were living together

fresh out of high school. No money, no one to turn to.

I thought this was kind of a pathetic moment.

And obviously there are people who are real deal beyond poverty.

You know what I'm saying?

I'm not trying to make light of people who are real, real broke.

I'm just trying to share a comedic story here about one time where I just did not have a pot to piss in.

And sadly, the first thing I thought about it, it wasn't food.

It wasn't, oh, how am I going to contribute to the bills it was i'm out of chewing tobacco

and i do not have the money for a single can of chew and this was in 1900 when a can of chew was

i don't know four dollars and fifty cents where now it's twelve dollars or something so

sadly that was the first thing I thought of.

When I woke up, I thought, you know, one of those bits where you reach into your pockets

and all you do is pull out the linings.

I don't have a dime, but I can't skip out on my chewing tobacco addiction, right?
