And we had a really, really fun show last night. If you did not catch the last episode of Real Hawk Talk where we brought in Brock Heward,

former Husky, former Seahawk, current co-host of Brock and Salk every morning. We had a great time last night. Nathan Ernst,

Jeff Simmons, myself, or Andrew, as I think Brock mistakenly was calling Nathan for part of the night.

Just a great 90 minutes of conversation, 60 with Brock and another 30 after that with with me and the

fellas and you know I've been doing this now for many many years and that was one of the

best episodes we've done and not because we did anything special it just was sometimes it works

and that's one to catch so make sure you go find it if you missed it, it's, it's one you'll be happy you listen to.

I certainly, I could have talked to Brock for another few hours.

Hopefully we'll have them back again and continue with,

or plenty of things we could have talked about.

We are going to talk about something different today.

We're going to go a little bit deeper on an aspect of this team and an aspect of this draft.

That's pretty darn important, but also is not necessarily what a lot of coverage focuses on because it's not the sexiest position. I happen to love it.

I know defensive coaches love it, but nose tackle. The guys that play right over the,

right over the center, you know, the A gap, and we'll talk about that in a little bit here but

it's a pretty key part of the Mike McDonald defense and Jonathan Hankins was their only true

nose tackle last year now Byron Murphy can play that position and did and he plays it well

but they need they need a big guy in there.
