I began placing Post-it notes all over my home. One Post-it said, is this helping you become

me. This practice made me think about how I may not be able to change my external circumstances,

so the pandemic, working from home, my monotonous schedule, but I can change my relationship

don't need to pause what you're doing to participate. So let's just take a deep inhale
