And I know that they're not going to last because of the personality that they have.

So why not let them go now? What's the reluctance?

Redundancy and resiliency in your business. Explain.

If you're going to terminate someone, you have to be prepared to have a backlash.

You have to be prepared for them potentially taking people with them.

You have to be prepared to have access to all the controls, the logins, everything else.

The dumbest thing you can do is just cut someone out without being strategic.
