So let's dig here for just one second before I share mine on why it is so difficult,

because all of us struggled with this assignment this week.

And I think it comes down to praising yourself.

Why is that so difficult?

Because the theory here is you write a motivational speech for yourself in the morning and you

read it to you in the mirror.

Exactly.

We were all talking about having a case of the bluzz and just feeling kind of we didn't

have motivation, didn't have focus, going through the motions, just kind of dredging along.

And a Berksho listener Amy hit us up, said gave us a definition of alistatic load and that

when stressors and life build up, you just kind of it's a burnout factor.

And she suggested that we do motivational speeches for ourselves in the mirror in the morning

because it's a shift of mindset and to set your tone and set your day off right.

So I did it, Mo did it, Berks about to do it.

And I mentioned yesterday to Mo after his, because this was like this was a oddly difficult

task felt odd.

And I think it's because when you are your own worst critic and I can I'm self aware enough

to say I am my own worst critic.

When you have so much negative self talk and you deal with imposter syndrome to sit there

and pump yourself up in the mirror and to be your biggest, like to be yourself's biggest

year later, it's just it's such a departure from what you do on a daily basis.
