You're on the Bert Show. You know, as soon as the mics came on, I realized something and I realized it through my therapy this week is that there are times where I have emotional things or what should be emotional things going on in my life. That for my entire life, I have put space between me and that emotion. So I don't allow myself to feel it, I guess,

for her or for whatever.

And right before we came on air, I said to these guys, guys, I'm going to need some help with

this segment here because I'm not exactly sure what to say about it because my son, my 18-year-old,

I'm moving them in to college on Saturday.

Which is an enormous deal. And I don't, I know moving them in to college on Saturday. Which is an enormous deal.

And I don't, I know that.

I know it.

But for whatever reason, I'm not allowing myself to feel it, I think.

It's your self-preservation.

I guess.

So yeah, I'm moving my son into college on Saturday. I'm leaving for Austin for a couple of days for a convention, then leaving there early, and then moving him into, he's moving to Athens. And he starts at, well, he's been taking online classes at the University of North Georgia. This kid has been locked in to go to UGA, locked in. He got into other SEC schools.

I toured other schools with him. I tried to advise him on where to go or what he want.

But this kid has had a game plan, man, and I'm very, very proud of him. He's like, I'm going to

UNG. I'm going to do two semesters there. I'm going to take a bunch of classes that I have to take. I'm going to UNG, I'm going to do two semesters there.

I'm going to take a bunch of classes that I have to take. I'm going to kick ass in them. And then I'm going to get a Hope Scholarship. And then I'm going to go to UGA. And through his first semester at UNG online classes, he is doing just that. Oh, that's amazing. He has better grades in college now than he ever had in high school because he's so focused on to getting into UGA.

So he's done that and he's taking one more semester of online classes and when he continues to get that 375, he will get the Hope Scholarship and then he is going to UGA.

So we've done things a little bit different rather than than move him close to U.N.G.

Or right on campus there, he's going right to Athens.

Shocker.

Right?
