At not taking the advice that I give to other people

Oh, so you're like you're you're your own worst ass call. I am totally

Like when the words are coming out of my mouth

They make so much sense to the people that I am giving the advice to however when I need that advice for myself

And it applies to me. I don't take I'm the same way. I'm a philosopher at helping other people

Idiot that helping myself. I got it figured out for everybody. So it's one of those like do as I say not as I do

Kind of kind of I'll tell you what it is today is like I I tell people when they've got something medical going on

Because your mind I think tends to default to worst case scenario, right?

You got a headache

All of a sudden it's a brain tumor

I you feel like something in your chest all of a sudden you're about to have a heart attack

So what I've always told a hyperchondriac. Yeah, well, I just think it's I think it's human nature sometimes

I think you're preparing yourself for the worst, right?

So my advice forever has been

Don't stress about things you don't have to stress about until you have to stress about them until there's an actual problem

Right in front of you. Otherwise, you're literally creating problems in your head to worry about that do not exist

With that I'm teetering today

So a couple of weeks ago

I noticed and it happened very very suddenly

That I got a cloud in my right eye

It's sort of like having a smudge on sunglasses, you know how you can see through it
