Ben has tweeted recently about the Terry McLaren contract. We're going to get to that with him pretty much right off the top. But real quickly, before we get to that, give me your prediction on this year's preseason hero. This year's, you know, Marco Mitchell, this year's Robert Davis, this year's

Mac Brown, this year's, oh my God, I'm forgetting the Georgetown Prep running back.

And the guy that was here for a while that everybody was convinced was going to be the guy,

forgetting his name now.

Who's the preseason hero?

Who are we going to be talking about at the end of this preseason?

Well, in light of I was listening to one of your callers earlier,

I'm just going to sort of pile on just for fun to annoy you.

How about Carlin Viggers?

Are you being serious, though? Yeah, a little bit. Obviously, it's a cornerback, and I don't know, who knows how it works. But I will say that, like, you know, you're watching practice, and, you know, there's 90 guys. It's hard to remember exactly who everybody's number is. They keep changing roster around. Right. But I keep seeing 22 at corner making plays. in my head, I'm just sort of like, okay, I think that's one of the normal guys that looks like a nut, and I realize, oh, wait a minute, this is an undrafted free agent. This is Carl and Vigors. Yeah, and he's 6-2. He built like a guy. You would think of a Dancoin defense. Well, I look back when they drop, when they sign the UDFA class, I ranked them, he was my number

two guy behind DeCory Brooks. So, yeah, he's been interesting. I think that six-cornerback

slot is open, and he's been interesting enough that I could see them saying, hey, let's keep

them. But in terms of the offense, because that's typically one of the guys.

Yeah, that's typically, I was going to say, we typically don't have, Marcus Mason was the name I was trying to pull.

We typically don't have that preseason hero, the Babe Lofenbergs, the Marco Mitchells, the Mac Browns, the Marcus Masons come from the other side of the football. So give me the offensive guys. Are you going to be Bill? Well, I mean, that seems like a little almost like two on the nose at this point, you know? I don't care. Well, I mean, I do look. If he gets to work, I think, you know, we could expect to see a pretty good world. Now, look, of course, you know, who's on the offensive line, you know, there's 100 other

variables.

But, yeah, he's obviously looked good.

I'll give you a guy that I think has got a real chance here. And that is a guy who's actually been around for a minute. And that's Kaz Allen. you know he he this is a year three of you know we're sort of being teased by this explosiveness and what he can do.

And again, you look at this offense, you know, they were missing the big chunk plays last year.

Now, we think that maybe, you know, Bill is going to help them with that.

And they obviously had Debo Samuel.

But, you know, we keep talking about who's going to be a receiver.
