for the Chargers out in California. He is done for the season. That comes after 11 days ago,

Slater signed a four-year $113 million contract extension, including $92 million guaranteed.

That deal made him the highest paid offensive lineman by average annual in NFL history.

11 days later, he is done for the season.

I was reading something about ruptured Patelor tendon injuries,

especially if they are severe,

that they're actually very difficult to come back and ever play at the same level.

Man, you talk about bad luck for the Chargers.

Washington faces L.A., San Diego, in week five.
