Summary

Pro triathlete Ben Hoffman has had a life-changing 18 months. After not being able to finish Kona 2018 and discovering he had a stress fracture which took him out of training for 12 difficult weeks, he found out his wife was pregnant with their first child.  He came back to racing with a renewed energy and a totally changed mindset, which culminated in a 4th place finish at Kona in 2019. We talk to Ben about that and more in this week's episode.
