suggest they try or explain the benefits?

This is something I've definitely experienced before and can relate to.

Not only when it comes to meditation, but when I find things that have been super helpful

for me, I'm quick to stand on my pulpit and want to share the good news with every single

person I encounter.

The thing is, despite how great meditation can make us feel, we'll never be able to force

this feeling onto others.

When we force anything in life, this creates more resistance.

Not only resistance, but resentment.

When I look back at things I force myself to do, they also weren't sustainable.

Forcing myself to work out, forcing myself to go for walks, to use my phone less, the

list goes on.

Regardless of the benefits, when we force ourselves or others to do things, it becomes more of a chore

and less of a hobby, something that we actually look forward to.
