Welcome back, I'm Rebecca. And I'm Gabe. And when this podcast comes out, we will be finishing our

spring couples retreat, our rhythms retreat at Los Valley. So it's been fun. It's always so fun

to be with other couples in the mountains. We call it just the majestic big nature, right? And it's

just beautiful. And what's more beautiful are our couples that are just so committed to going

deep and to going, we're going to dedicate time to work on not only our marriage, but our rhythms,

our family rhythms, the conversations that we need to be having to be in the healthiest place.

And I know I always come out of these things just encouraged and with a lot of new friends.

Yeah, absolutely. So there's lots of play, lots of adventure. Some people are nervous to get on a

horse for the first time, but even that reveals a lot about us. And we meet people where they are.

And also just learning together, worshiping God and experiencing His presence in the

permission to play. And so we just wanted to know that while we already finished the one for spring,

we are doing this one more time in 2022. And that's October 21st through 24th. And it sells quickly
