Hey, you guys, welcome back. Welcome to Hill Survive and Thrive. I am excited for today's

0:17.3

episode. You guys, I, it is, let me fix my mic here. It is snowy, cloudy, cold,

0:24.2

dreary, all the things we are in the thick of winter right now. I just had half of my hot

0:30.2

chocolate and I'm so ready to sit down and have a good talk therapy coaching session with you guys. I was on the phone on the client the other

0:41.2

day and she was like definitely going through some stuff. And I mean, aren't we all,

0:47.7

aren't we all like dealing with something? I feel like if we're not dealing with something,

0:51.1

we're in that brief, brief moment of life where we're kind of at

0:57.3

and just like in bliss and we're just like enjoying where we are. But I think for the most part,

1:03.1

we're always changing and evolving and moving and dealing with something or coming out of

1:09.6

something. And it's just, it's just difficult

1:11.8

sometimes. So like, let's have a real like heart to heart chat about being in limbo, going through

1:17.5

these different phases of life and just like the ebbs and flows of them because it can honestly

1:23.0

be exhausting. It's it can be really difficult. And I know it's so much easier to say, well, just go with

1:28.6

the tides and, and go with where the wind takes you and be at peace. And that's a serious practice.

1:36.3

And you can definitely do it for sure. And it's definitely a thing, but you have to work at it.

1:41.8

It's not something that you just wake up every day and you're like, I'm in peace. I'm in peace. You have to like work yourself to that place, like not hard, hard work.

1:51.7

Maybe in the beginning when you're in like the thick of something, but after a while you do

1:55.7

kind of like settle into this practice. But we all go through this. We all go through these phases

2:00.3

where we're totally

2:01.4

happy at peace. We're feeling good and then something happens and kind of like drags us down the

2:07.2

rabbit hole a little bit. Or we go through this really difficult, tough, like, patch in our life.

2:12.5

And we're just struggling. We're struggling to like heal. We're struggling to figure it out. We might be putting a smile on our face, but we don't know. I mean, what the hell just happened,
