Hey Cody, and Tracy Noble, our producer, she's on Mike today.

Hey Pat.

We have to twist her arm a little bit to get her on Mike,

she doesn't love to do it, but we, this is a special episode

because we're going to talk about something we're going through right now.

This is, we're recording this on Wednesday, May what 18th? I don't never know what day it is.

20th. Oh man, what does that tell you? So it's Wednesday, May 20th, and I tell you that because this is the third day of us being back in the office.

Most of our employees are coming into work every day, slightly different hours, but so we are in the

midst of reentry.

And so in fact we have a very challenging title for this podcast. What is it?

I'll see if I can say it. Real-time reentry revelation.

That's some alliteration right there.

Right. Right. So what it is, it's like we are right now experiencing like what is this like to come back to work and we've done other

podcasts where we talked about how not we didn't want to go back to the old normal we wanted a new normal

and what we learned by doing Zoom and everything else.

And then yesterday in our office we were talking about why is this harder than we thought?

And why is there a tendency for our productivity to go down?
