0:15.0	Because I swear there's a point in our adult lives where it's really easy to switch off
0:20.0	ability and appetite to try new things.
0:24.0	We can kind of get stuck in our ways,
0:25.8	ways which can be very healthy and good,
0:28.0	but we're not really stretching ourselves, right?
0:29.9	We're not putting ourselves out there in new ways,
0:32.4	not trying new things and enjoying novel experiences. Sometimes we can think
0:37.3	well this is it I've reached this age this is my life this is my career this
0:40.4	is what I'm you know this is what I'm this is what I'm up to now.
0:43.0	Whereas there really are no limits in terms of what it is we can try and test and have fun with and experiment with
0:51.0	during our precious short time on planet Earth.
