Find a nice comfortable place to sit and get yourself all snuggled up either in your bed or on your sofa

Just relax. That's right, just relax.

Now imagine yourself surrounded by a beautiful white light.

A light so bright and so pure, a light of protection and peace.

Breathe in this white light and feel it as it enters your body completely.

And it makes you feel all warm and safe. Now imagine a beautiful special rainbow floating above your head.

Imagine the purples and the blues, the greens and the yellows, the greens and the yellows, the oranges and the reds.

And maybe there's even some gold and some silver in there too.

See it shine brightly. See the beautiful colours. It's like the

colours are alive.

Can you see them?

Each time you breathe out, this beautiful rainbow grows larger and larger. And it starts to gently wash over you helping you to relax. You can actually feel the colours washing all over your body?

Can you feel it.

everywhere the colours touch you you can feel yourself relaxing deeper and deeper and you feel so peaceful and so calm. As you feel breathe in this beautiful rainbow of light, you feel so safe and so protected and you feel so very, very loved.

That's because you are safe, you are loved, and you are protected, always. Always. Now imagine that you are on a special path surrounded by the light of this beautiful rainbow.

There are beautiful rainbow flowers around you and birds are singing their beautiful songs to each other.

And as you come to the end of your special path, in front of you is a large stunning gate.

And it's a gate that leads you to your own magical and mystical garden.

There is a key to open this magnificent gate and it's found under a rock.
