slow down, zero in, really enjoy this time together. We're going to take some deep healing meditation breaths

and these are going to be a chance for you to get on the frequency that you want to be in so as

we're taking a deep breath in pick a word that aligns with the frequency that you want in your life

you can pick love happiness joy whatever word you pick say it over and over and over again as you're taking

that deep breath in and as you exhale, anything that no longer resonates with you will leave

you and you'll be in a more positive state. So let's go ahead and take a deep breath in.
