I know that there are a lot of things in the business that I did do because I should.

Like one thing I've really grown in since being an accelerator is I no longer feel like I have to outsource the big decisions in the business, like because a expert says that's what's best.

Like I know my business the best.

I have the data.

I know my people.

There's a lot of shoulds out there. And I think maybe as I've learned

that as an entrepreneur, I don't check in with myself or I used to not check in with myself as much

as I should have.
