Back on the podcast this week for the final episode of the year, Jules Bakshi, a professional dancer, choreographer,

and founder and CEO of Good Move.

Good Move, you might remember from last time she was on the podcast, is a dance and mindful

fitness studio for movers of all levels, all genders, all races, all shapes, and all sizes, located in the heart of Williamsburg,

Brooklyn. I used to live pretty close to there and met Jules through an array of mutual friends that we

had and then went into her studio. And this is actually a pretty full circle episode because the last time

she was on the show, we recorded it sitting across from each other at her kitchen table in

Brooklyn. And it was the last episode I recorded in New York, not knowing that I wasn't going to

come back. And this time, Jules was visiting L.A., and we caught up at my kitchen table here.

And it's interesting.

I've been reflecting, and we were having a conversation when Jules got here,

we talked for a couple hours and ate fruit and drank tea before we

started recording and turned the recording on. But I was in this really transitory place back then

and both of our lives, like all of our lives, have changed incredibly in ways that we could never have imagined back at the end
