1:01.6	and about, as we sort of try to become more intentional and
1:04.9	authentic leaders what we really should be focusing on to make that happen.
1:08.8	I think we have all heard of the idea of authenticity but if you really want to live
1:13.0	into it what do you do to really make that happen? Sarah being an authentic
1:16.8	leader is being who you are being the genuine person and people today know who's
1:20.7	authentic and who is not particularly the millennials there really is a
1:23.9	turnoff from people that are faking it to make it. So I think you have to be true
