In your mind, begging for your attention. Oh, Oh, I'm not. Now I want you to identify one thought in particular.

Maybe it's a visual of things you need to get done. Maybe a worry that you have or even a memory that you have or even a memory that makes you happy. Whatever it is, I want you to identify one thought.
