If you could follow somebody for over 10 years, it just speaks volumes to what they're doing, to consistency.

There's no one more dynamic in leadership than this guy than my dad.

Nothing and nobody is guaranteed the future.

If you hold onto the past, you will lose the future.

If you move into a market and you move fast and you're inventive and creative and gutsy,

you can take over the market because you can move faster.

And you talk about how a company could be valued at $100 million, but a broken marriage

could kill the value of that company.

The first time I spoke to the 100 million mastermind, I remember looking out there thinking

of myself, everyone in this room is way richer than me. But I remember the opening line I said,

I'm not going to teach you how to get rich, but I'm going to teach you how not to die alone.

Eventually, you hopefully mature and you realize life isn't about things or experiences, life is about

people. And when you make people your value, you enjoy things and you enjoy experiences with those people.

What were the keys to your success?

I did the same thing when we were succeeding that I did when we were failing because I wasn't

chasing the success. I was committed to the principles.
