and founder of the beauty by design method.

Michaela blends physical with the energetic, helping people align their outer appearance with their inner truth.

A formal medical aesthetician trained in Reiki and Shadowwork, she brings deeply holistic

approaches to beauty, one rooted in

energetic hygiene, cellular regeneration, and the power of knowing yourself. I mean, it's a really

unbelievable episode because it's just one of those aha moments for me that was like, oh, like,

you see someone from across the room when

they're blowing internally, right? And it's not a cream and it's not a treatment, but it really

is that like inner work. So this is such a good episode to be able to talk about what beauty

really means, how human design can guide your skincare and self-care and what kind of like true radiance comes from, how it comes from like an energetic

integrity and not perfection. She also shares her personal journey from the world of traditional

aesthetics to a more spiritual and intuitive practice, which I think a lot of people are really
