How are you? I'm doing great. And I'm guessing that you changed your last name because if you

It's a real name. You know, it's funny. I've done a fair amount of speaking. People say, Eddie Speed, is that really your name? And I'm like, it's really my name. It's a good name. Yeah. So anyway, I got, I got lucky there, right? I mean, 50,000 notes. I mean, how do you, we're lucky to do, you know, a couple deals a year. How do you,
