my podcast so who else is going to host it happy freaking Monday I hope you had a fabulous weekend

I hope you're feeling well rested and rejuvenated and ready to tackle whatever life might

throw at you this week and I don't think that that's asking too much from your

favorite podcast host. I feel like I haven't sat down and actually chatted with you guys in a while

because last week I just recorded a little three minute intro for my episode with Haley.

And before that, I had batched a ton of episodes. So I feel like I really haven't

just sat down and said, hey, in a while. So hey, I'm so excited for this week's episode.

I just sifted through all of the submissions for embarrassing moments. And they're just so good.

They're so good. I think it's what everyone needs right now is some lighthearted

silliness and you guys delivered. So thank you so much for that. Very excited to get into that.

But first, we just have so much to talk about. So much has happened. I've been to Utah and

back. We haven't really discussed that. That's crazy.

I didn't have going to Utah my bingo card at the beginning of the year. I'll be honest with you,

but I did. I went to, I went to Utah and it was so much fun. I love Utah. It's a beautiful

state. It really, really is. I went to Utah to record the podcast with Haley,

which was super fun. And I also filmed what will be the very first installment of how hard

can it be boys do it in the field. And speaking of when you're listening to this,

this coming week, you'll be able to see who the first guest is of the series.

I had so much fun filming that.
