All the algorithms in the world won’t help if you don’t do the work. And you must LOVE the work. When it comes to lang haul training, we need to minimize the risks, find joy and invest in your ability to be fit. What is fitness if it’s not feeling good? Many triathletes are all in or all out, but today we talk about staying baseline ready and doing things that feel right. “Brand new” usually isn’t the answer.
