But that's fine. We'll call them robots anyways. I am so excited to talk about this today. I was just screaming about this to Jake, but, you know, I really went into this episode feeling like, personally, big fan of comedy central at the exact time Battlebots was a huge thing.

But my favorite show, definitely not Battlebots.

And I enjoyed that it existed.

I would enjoy it, you know, at a glance from time to time, but I was never a huge Battlebots fan.

I came into this episode feeling like, oh, this will just be like a really interesting thing to learn about how it came to be how it

comedy central of all places ended up picking it up but i walked away knowing now the battlebots

today battlebots in 24 is fucking awesome dude there have been multiple seasons leading up through the last

one ran and aired in

2023 and the battle bots that exist today is the battle bots you think you remember from

back in the day but if you actually watch back in the day it's like Carmen Electra not

needing to be there having no interest in the actual sport.

And yes, I'm calling it a sport.

And then it cuts to these, like, very boring looking, basic as fuck, like gray, no design
