All right we're going to talk about batching content and how sometimes it can actually hurt you and here's why.

So here's some thoughts.

For this podcast, for marketing school, it's daily, and you know, we go for five to ten minutes or so.

We're trying to extend them a little longer because we've gotten feedback from people and we batch our content, right?

And so sometimes we'll batch our content for four to five weeks ahead of time because Neil and I have travel and you know there's life as well.

But we've learned a couple lessons.

There's a good side of it is where we save a lot of time

and then we don't need to worry about it for a while.

But there's also a negative.

So as an example, in today's session,

sometimes we want to talk about trending topics and so

sometimes we want to react to the news quickly but when you batch content you have an entire process and it's

actually more difficult so Neil was like dude can we like publish this tomorrow and I

just went to my team I was like hey what can we do and so we for sure could get it
