we questioned whether Super Giants Bastion warranted all the positive attention that it received at the time.

Originally, this conversation that you were about to hear formed part of a two-game show

recorded at the same time

as our DeusX human revolution discussion.

Due to our self-imposed time restriction

as well as editor Jay's sanity,

we have separated these two

into separate issues of the podcast.

Please note, we absolutely do spoil

in more than one sense of the word,

Bastion in the forthcoming

hour or so. So my advice to you is get it played if you haven't already. We also felt we

discussed this in the virtual green room after the show that we felt rather bad that although

we had a name-checked a few of the people involved in Bastion, we didn't

credit everyone, credit where credits due and all that. So Greg Kasavin, the writer, formerly of GameSpot,

and a producer of Command and Conquer Red Alert 3, a very different product, obviously,

absolutely deserves credit for Bastion, as does the artist Gen Z. We credit composer Darren Corb in the show.

You should hear a couple of his tracks around this podcast. It's a fantastic soundtrack. Well worth
