I've been doing light-sue extra light all terrain dog jogs in the late afternoon. Now,

typically I'm a rise and grind kind of podcaster. It's Sunday, it's 4.35 pm. I'm trying to buy

an hour before I have my frothy martini because I'm only having three a week. I'm only allowing

myself to drink Friday, Saturday, and Sunday pre-holiday season because I'm trying to just

trim down and I really have noticed an aesthetic difference. I'm not going to go on ozemic like all

these other dumb bitches because I care about diabetics. Diabetes is the silent killer and we all

know it. So stop chewing and shoot up that ozemic diabetics but I will not. So I've been trying to like

lean up, trim up, I'm going to the Bahamas in January and I've got to get that yearly thirst

trap pick by the pink sand beach. So in prep, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. In preparation for

that I've been cutting out booze during the week and let me tell you, I don't advise it. If you're

chiseled and spelt, keep sipping ladies but you know I started looking a little puffy, a little rag

at a little busted. So to replace my, you know, weekly happy juice, I have purchased an all terrain

stroller for Richard, the looks I get in the neighborhood, not great. People don't love to see a

skinny blonde bitch bobbin around with her air pods and a dog in a leather stroller. You know,

it doesn't garner the attention that I'm looking for but I'm living in my truth and once I get that

slight incline and I start really hauling ass with Richard who's also fluctuating. I feel it in

my quads and it gives me a little bit of the right rosacea flare up, a little flush. Those of you

who are living in the darkness, aka the middle of the country, you might not be privy to the ozempic

pandemic of 2022 but because I'm a journalist, let me inform you. Ozempic is a drug that is used to
