I talked about the Combine for a moment, but do you know how it really is the NFL offseason?

Here's how you know.

You can tell it's the NFL off season because here is the dominant, raging football topic right now.

It is none other than the tush push.

The tush push and whether or not they should ban the tush push.

For real.

The so-called brotherly shove is on trial right now. For some reason.

For some reason, it's the biggest topic of conversation around the water coolers at the combine.

I'm just not exactly sure why. Listen, if we're talking about banning the name,

if we want to ban the name,

Tush push, then I'm all in.

Then I'm all for it.

If I never heard or said the term Tush push ever again in my life, I would be very happy.

But in terms of banning the actual play, I mean, why?

Why are you doing that?

Because you can't stop it?

Why does the tush push need to be banned exactly?

Is it because it's a safety issue?

Because nobody's presented any documented evidence or actual evidence that it shows that it's not safe,

that it's creating injury. So if it's not that, then what is it? Is it a purity of the game

thing? Because if the tush push somehow violates the sanctity of the game or the purity of the game
