It is already 2023, and we are back for Free Trail Friday.

We haven't done one of these for a long, long time.

These originated around this time last

year, actually, the Black Canyon 100K, where myself and Eric Senceman did a little pre-race preview for

that golden ticket race. And we are back now kicking off the 2023 golden ticket races with a little

pre-race banter for the Bandera 100K joining me as always is

thanks for having me on. I am so pumped to chat about Bandera. This is the highlight of Southern

trail running, in my opinion, definitely Texas.
