Well, hello there, my friend.

I have to tell you, one week, no wait, the second week now into January, I've been hearing from you, chatting with my friends,

and checking in on how everyone is feeling.

And I feel like some of us are still mentally out of the office.

Some of us are all systems go.

I would say most people in my life, my friends, people I'm closest with, we're

easing ourselves back in gently. But I'll tell you, I've shared this before. I've been feeling

slightly avoidant about the new year. I had a lovely holiday break and birthday and birthday.

And January just felt like a really far away place, right? That's when people circle back, so to speak.

That's when things, you know, start getting busy again. It's when we employ our kind of serious brain, right?

And one thing that I've been noticing just in the past, even like say two, three days, now it's

like the, I suppose like the official week back, I wanted to talk to you about the difference between

responsibility and stress. I think that sometimes it's really easy to confuse the two. We think just because

we have some responsibilities that might be kicking off again this week and in the coming weeks,

we can start to feel stressed out about that. You know, maybe you've got meetings, maybe you've got

presentations, maybe you're creating new things, maybe've got presentations, maybe you're creating new things.

Maybe, you know, if you're employed, your boss is setting new goals for you.

And it's like, okay, now let's get serious.

It's 2025.
