doing this weekend? That was so much fun for you. What a great day was. I was actually the biggest

powerlifting contest that's been held in the country for the last three years, obviously with

COVID. It was supposed to be held at the Arnold. The Arnold's got cancelled down here. And we finally held it today. It's a big three-day event. The best lifters in the country, if not the Southern Hemisphere. We're all there over the last three days. And I noticed something really awesome. I was a major sponsor of the event. So I put all the money, a lot of money behind it as well because I support my community. And that's what it's about. We're a family. We're a community. And we've got to support each other. So as a result, I got the front seat. I got to see, you know, big 400 kilo deadlifts, huge squats, great benches. I noticed something amongst all the great lifters

today. When they failed, got red lighted, missed a lift, not a single one of them failed technically.

They just couldn't lift the weight. The weight, they couldn't move. They didn't change their technique
