What is your quick tip for improving the jerk? Yeah, absolutely. You know, I really love this tip because it is

something that I've seen make quicker change in just anything in Olympic lifting in general,

in at least than anything else. Just, and it's, it's about slowing them down. And usually with any

movement that you're talking about, you know, gymnastics, whatever, weightlifting, by slowing things down, you can obviously help make change.

But this is more so about slowing down the setup process of the jerk and making sure that

you're, you're braced and you're ready to go into the movement. From there, of course,

we can slow down the movement.
